So I'm a bit confused. Your tracker shows that you've been admitted to many schools and rejected from one (well done!). Have you not heard back from Rutgers yet?
also being international doesn't help your chances in general from what I hear. (it just means you have to demonstrate you can pay 100% of tuition out of pocket)
haha, a 66% means you're predicted to get in. It's not like a test score where a 66% means you fail, it's a probability, meaning if you apply 3 times you'll get in twice. Hopefully you're not applying into a math major (jk!)
