You're absolutely right. I'm a liberal, but I have a more moderate/conservative view concerning affirmative action. I've always thought that after ~400 years of slavery, the minorities would definitely need aid (though those crimes can never be justified), but not through rewarding a lack of effort. They shouldn't be admitted based on color, there should be incentive for ALL American students, like automatic federal 100% scholarships to any university they get admitted to (offered upon graduation). Reverse racism and automatic admissions isn't the answer. D:
