Does Community Service or Leadership Factor into the Data for Percent Chance???

Im new to looking at colleges but I know enough to think that the data from this website does not all add up. Could iI please get a human opinion??? I have been told that leadership, community service, internships, and credit from colleges plays a big role.

I think it's all based off of numbers. If you want a real chance, have people chance you.
