Go to Docufied.com and log in there, accept their license agreement, and WAIVE your right to access (only if you wish to send transcripts). I also had to change my password do to the merger, but it asks you automatically on docufied. After that, press the provided link to continue onward to Parchment.com, and voila! You now have access to your transcripts and other parts of the website.
