Glitch during ordering transcripts

When I try to send my transcripts, I get stuck on a page that asked me to merge my parchment account. I type in my user name, college level, hit yes or no for the following 3 questions. When I hit submit, it brings me back to the same page - blank. Doesn't show any error messages, but did the first time when I had made a mistake.. Can't order my transcripts because of this glitch.
