I think you should set your sights even higher! Those schools are awesome but coming from a senior who saw their friends apply to schools this year, you really have a lot going for you. Definitely apply to those schools if you love them but don't throw out even better ones because you think they're out of the question. Apply to them and see what happens, you might be pleasantly surprised!
