When I go to My Transcripts and click View, I get an error message (404): "The requested resource () is not available." How do I view my transcript to make sure it is the final one for the year?
I see that you have an old transcript on your profile. If you can delete that transcript and request a new one, that will have the most current transcript uploaded to your Parchment account.
I already sent my transcript and I did not view it. I came back onto the website to see if it has all the information needed and the "View" button does not allow me to. How do I know it has been sent with the correct information?
Your unofficial transcript was uploaded to your account yesterday and is available to view. If you are still having difficulty with viewing the document, please submit a "Contact Us" ticket with more details.
