I ordered a transcript to be sent to my college, and the current tracking status says "printed, will be sent out soon." However, when I am on the "manage" tab, there is no option for me to view my transcript or delete it. It just says that I have no transcripts saved to parchment yet. Shouldn't my transcript be available for view if parchment has received and printed it?
