Have A Pretty Huge Problem

Personally I would talk to someone of power at your high school or in the school district. Look up a phone number or an easily-reachable email address of someone who has executive decision-making authority, and explain that you need your transcripts earlier than everyone else because of your unusual/special circumstances. If this is as important as it seems, then a good school leader should understand and try to help you out!
Is the issue that the transcript isn't finalized until the 6th? If that's the case, they probably can't legally send it as "final" until then. You should try to reach someone at the school district office (not the high school) to see if you can get them to fax your college a letter with a signature that gives your grades and explains the reason for the delay. If your college won't honor that, at least you've opened a conversation. If nothing else, you may be able to get your official transcript faxed on the 6th rather than sent snail mail.

My name is Abby, I'm seventeen years old, and I will be starting college earlier than most students. How early? July 9th. For the past month, I have been sending and re-sending my transcripts in attempt to get them there in time, but my high school won't release them until the 6th, which, as you can see, is an issue as they may not even make it to them for a while. I can't start until financial aid is dispersed, and they won't until they see the transcripts. What, if anything, can I do?
