How do I sign in and get my transcripts.... It seems to be trying to merge my docufide account

The window won't change after me putting in the text required and signing my terms of use???

It merged my son's Docufide account (which I started for him in 2010) into Parchment and now won't let me start an account for my daughter. I no longer need my son on here but I can't get him deleted and get my daughter added. VERY frustrating!
