I chanced you on all your colleges. You should get in at NU (#16), Notre Dame (#32) and Rice (#25). Columbia (#40) is a reach. Columbia and Notre Dame are not noted for Chemical Engineering. Some top Chemical Engineering schools that you may want to add to your list are:
UC - Berkeley (#3), U of M - Twin Cities (#4), UT - Austin (#8), UI - Urbana-Champaign (#11), U of M - Ann Arbor (#12) and Georgia Tech (#14). You can likely get merit scholorships from these Universities as well as from UW - Madison (#6). Any award from the "privates" would likely be financial need based.
Take a hard look at Georgia Tech, it is great in engineering across the board and has an outstanding co-op program. Otherwise, if you want to stay midwest, Madison is hard to beat. For me, the deciding factors were: midwest region, merit scholarship $$$ and honors program reputation.
