Transcripts Won't Upload

I am the parent of a student who just graduated and will be starting college in the Fall. The university needs his final transcript as it will raise his scholarship. However, the final transcript has not uploaded on either my profile nor my son's. Both the high school he attended and the entire Administration building of the district are closed, and will not reply to our attempts at contacting them. We have also tried contacting the Parchment Help Line, also with no response. We need these final transcripts as soon as possible, but have tried everything we can think of, with no success. Where do we go from here?

Once your order is placed it must be approved and then uploaded to Docufide by the high school and there is no exact time frame that this may happen in as it depends on if the school is open and processing transcript requests during the summer. Once the transcript is approved and uploaded we will send the transcript within 1 business day.

I find this extremely frustrating and outright wrong and am realizing by reading this discussion page that I am not alone. What do you suggest we do as his scholarship depends on it? I do plan on notifying the school district as soon as it reopens to inform them of this very inefficient system.

My god what is going on. Doesn't anyone care that these kids are trying to do something positive with their llives. Get those transcript together. My daughter needs her transcrips ASAP or her admission will be revoked.

Why not go directly to the school and request the transcript.

I am having the exact same problem with no responses from my school or Parchment.
