I ordered to send my transcript from my high school to UCSB a few weeks ago, and they haven't downloaded it yet. However, I keep getting emails from docufide transcript services that says, "Please return to Docufide and confirm the download of the transcript for (my name) at the following link.
By confirming the download, Docufide can return confirmation of delivery to this individual."
When I click the link, it takes me to a page to confirm the download, but I don't want to click it because it seems like it is meant to go to the school, UCSB, instead of me. I was wondering if docufide sent the transcript to my email instead of UCSB. They haven't download my official transcript and they need to have it soon.
I checked the tracking information and it says "Destination University of California - Santa Barbara."
I really do not want to pay for sending another transcript. Since there is no number to contact parchment/docufide, I sent a similar letter in the contact page four days ago, and, so far, I haven't received any response.
The issue with your original request is you had selected UCSB as the recipient but had entered your own email address as the destination. That is why transcripts were electronically delivered to you.
I do show that you have submitted a new request for UCSB and they have been properly delivered and downloaded today.
What do I do? :(
