your research work over the summer is something that will probably stand out on an application. Depending on your involvement, that could really boost your chances. Not many highschoolers have done research, and that, combined with your high GPA, class standing, and SAT scores, makes it likely you'll get into at least one of your top colleges. As long as you have a strong essay and teacher recommendations, you should be fine.
