Cannot send because it says school is not live

Everytime i try to click on my school to get transcripts, it says that my school is not live. What should I do about this? I need the transcript sent to the NCAA by next week.

Have you tried College Confidential? If no forum can help, you can also try emailing the NCAA (Clearinghouse?).
