THink you have a good chance. Definitely do prep and try to get those test scores as much as you can in those fall tests. Ethnicity will help. Work hard on that essay and make sure your supplement shows you know alot about the school. Talk about specific programs NU has. Good luck

Applicants applying ED at NU have a huge advantage over RD applicants. As a targeted minority, I would estimate your chances at 75% ED and 50% RD. NU typically selects RD applicants with ACT scores of 33 and above and/or a combined SAT score of 2150 or better. Even as an ED applicant try to boost your test score to 31 or above on ACT and above 2000 on SAT. Note: It appears NU gives preference to SAT.
