Transcript grades are not accurate on parchment

My high school uploaded the UPDATED transcripts to Parchment this week around 9-10-12. I had grade changes since the last upload in August and the grade changes do not show on my current transcript on Parchment. My high school assures me they were uploaded but why can't I see the most recent uploaded transcript with the correct grades?
