My prediction was crap!!! I had 99% Chance and I was wait-listed. I was denied from 6 colleges(UCLA, UCberkely, UCI, UCSD, Harvey Mudd, and MIT) and waitlisted to two (University of Chicago and Carnegie Mellon). GPA was above 3.4 and 3.6 unwighted, and my SAT was 2190(CR:690 Math:780 Wr:720) and subject tests (Math2:800 Physics:760) I think it was the decision to apply into computer science I'm curious to see what others think...

I'd guess it was your GPA, class rank. These are very competitive schools. Not sure why your decision was so high here maybe ethnicity?
