D. Van Skilling is the retired chairman and CEO of Experian Information Solutions, Inc. (formerly known as TRW Information Systems & Services), a leading provider of consumer and business credit and direct marketing services based in Orange County, California. A 26-year veteran with TRW Inc., Van was named to his former position in September 1996, when Experian became a privately held company. Prior to the spinoff, he was EVP of TRW Inc., and GM of TRW Information Systems & Services. He was appointed to lead TRW's information businesses in September 1989.
Van is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Colorado College, the Lead Director of CoreLogic (NYSE:CLGX), Chairman of Onvia (NASDAQ:ONVI) and is on the boards of Verascape and American Business Bank based in Los Angeles (AMBZ).
