Louis Delzompo

As Chief Technology Officer, Lou oversees the technical direction and development of Parchment technology as well as managing it's deployment and data center operations. He has over 30 years experience in high-tech companies with a special emphasis on the education and K-12 markets. Lou has responsibility in many areas of company operations including executive management, information and system architecture, project management, process improvement, quality systems, IT infrastructure and software development.   Prior to joining Parchment, Lou acted as an independent management consultant on projects for charter school operators such as KIPP and the Alliance College Ready Public Schools as well for education companies such as Pearson. Before this stint as a consultant, he was SVP of Solution Development for the School Improvement Division of Pearson and spent three years as co-founder & CEO of Connected Information Systems – a software startup focused on the K-12 market. Previously to that, Lou led the product and development organization for Powerschool as an employee of first Apple Computer and then Pearson after Powerschool was acquired.  Lou has also been a senior executive with Sun Microsystems and a number of successful startup ventures and public corporations.
