Rachel Stamm

Vice President, Programs and Customer Service

Rachel has been with Parchment since 2008 and currently serves as the Vice President of Programs and Customer Service. Initially hired to manage the program management team supporting the successful deployment of our services across state initiatives, strategic partnerships and direct sales; her responsibilities have been expanded to encompass inbound and outbound support of Parchment’s customers across all of our products and services including responsibility for customer service, account management and program management.

 

Prior to joining Parchment, Rachel was Director of Operations for Extreme Learning where her cross-functional teams launched hundreds of programs providing services to over 10,000 K-12 students while increasing annual revenue tenfold. Previously she was Program Manager for the Reading Program where she designed curriculum in adult and family literacy which garnered national recognition while overseeing daily operations of volunteer-driven learning sites.  At the Masters Institute of Design, Rachel was Associate Director of Academic Advising where she successfully merged the distance learning and classroom-based divisions to create a unified student experience independent of the learning modality. She holds a BA in African American Literature from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
