Due to Summer break, the Alternative schools office (CHS, TCA and MCA) is closed. Therefore, all transcript orders placed during these dates, June 18 through July 20, will be processed by our district office Student Data Services department.
The typical time frame for an order to be processed by the district is 48-72 hours if the order is received during a working weekday (M-F, 7a-4p). Orders received after 2:00 pm Fridays, or before a Holiday, will not be fulfilled until our district office staff return on the next work day.
Please be sure to keep these work hours in mind as you await for the processing of your order. If (3) work days have passed and you do not see any reply notes that you need to address/reply to on your order, you can contact our Student Data Services department at 951.696.1600 ext. 1932 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

This is a fast, secure way to send and track your transcripts. Parchment is the recommended & most efficient option complete with tracking and email notification.
* There is a $3.75 service charge for official transcripts and no charge for unofficial transcripts.
* Orders are typically processed within a 48 hour period if receivedf M-F (before 2pm on Friday)
* Orders placed after 2:00 p.m., on Fridays, will be processed on the next business day.
* Transcripts are processed Monday thru Friday (with the exception of federal holidays).
