Use your legal name as it appears on your birth certificate to set up your Parchment account. Make sure your graduation year or the year you last attended is accurate. Differences between your entries and your transcript delay processing, so please check your entries carefully. PARENTS: if your student has a Parchment account, please do not create an additional account. Doing so can delay processing the order.
