The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) has partnered with Parchment Exchange to provide official electronic and paper transcripts with speed and efficiency. You will need to register with Parchment Exchange using a valid email address and password for your initial visit only.
Turn-around time is up to five business days. *Please note, NPS is closed all weekends and US Federal holidays.*
Note: Re: SSN Last 4 - ENTER YOUR LAST 4 (or '0000' if you have no ssn). - If left blank, or if your account name does not exactly match your NPS record, Parchment will auto-delay the Transcript to ensure confirmation of correct ID-match of Learner with NPS records. This delay can be up to the stated five business days.
Please note: if you are a recent graduate, it takes approximately 90 days from your date of graduation for your degree to post onto your official transcript.
