The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) has partnered with Parchment Exchange to provide degree verifications, official transcripts, and additional/replacement copies of diplomas (masters and doctorate degrees) and academic certificates. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the NPS Registrar's Office via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Office hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:00pm PST (closed weekends and U.S. Federal holidays).
• New User – Register with Parchment Exchange using a valid non-government (personal) email address and password for your initial visit only.
-- SSN (Last 4 digits) field: If no SSN (international students) enter '0000'. If the SSN field is left blank or the account name does not exactly match the NPS record, Parchment will place the order on HOLD until verified. This will delay the normal processing time.
• Returning User – Log in to your Parchment account.
• Recent Graduates – Final graduate documents (diploma and/or certificate) will be distributed electronically and by mail approximately 90 days after the month of graduation. Final transcripts can be requested through Parchment at that time.
• Approximate Processing Times:
-- Transcripts – 5 business days
-- Verifications – 5 business days
-- Additional or Replacement Diplomas/Certificates – 30 business days
