This is a fast, secure way to send and track your transcripts. Parchment is the recommended & most efficient option complete with tracking and email notification. * There is a $4.40 service charge for official transcripts and no charge for unofficial transcripts. * Orders are typically processed within a 48-hour period if received M-F (before 2 pm on Friday) * Orders placed after 2:00 p.m., on Fridays, will be processed on the next business day. * Transcripts are processed Monday thru Friday (with the exception of federal holidays). All transcript orders submitted during Winter break will not be processed until VMHS reopens in January. Otherwise, during Summer break and Spring Break closures, transcript orders will be processed within 48 hours.
