Welcome to Parchment. Decatur City Schools is offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. Please note the following when ordering transcripts: 1. Please order your transcript or other documents several days before you need them. It can take 2-3 days for your order to be processed. 2. Parchment requests are not processed on the weekends or holidays. Keep in mind school is closed one week for Thanksgiving; two weeks for Christmas; and one week for Spring Break. There are also additional days throughout the year when school is closed. Please plan accordingly. 3. You must request your transcript or other documents using your legal last name when you were in high school. If you use a different last name we will not be able to find your records.
