A message from Incarnate Word Academy

Welcome to Parchment. We're offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. It's also more efficient for your school, and will deliver your transcripts to the colleges you choose in the format they prefer. Official Transcripts Incarnate Word Academy has partnered with Parchment, a leader in eTranscript exchange, to send high school transcripts electronically, securely and confidentially, to colleges and universities of your choice! The service is available online, 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Students and alumni simply request a transcript and designate the academic institution, organization or individual that they would like to receive it. Users will be notified when their request is complete and can also track the status of their request or view a saved copy of their transcript. Current Incarnate Word Academy High School students will not be charged to send transcripts to colleges, universities or scholarship programs. Alumni will continue to pay $5 per transcript, or more depending on how the student wants to have the transcript electronically delivered and there will be an additional charge of $2.50 if your transcript must be mailed. This service feature is available to individuals who attended or graduated from Incarnate Word Academy High School - Corpus Christi campus only. We cannot process requests for any other campus location. Transcript requests should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Current graduating seniors should ensure that all outstanding fines/fees are cleared before graduation so that no holds are placed on their final transcript.
