Go through the registration process carefully. Make sure you are entering your information correctly and double-check it. Use your legal name (the one on your birth certificate), and capitalize the first letter of each of your names. PLEASE NOTE: Any discrepancies between the information you give here and the information on your transcript (name, birth date, graduation year, etc.) will cause your transcript delivery to be delayed.

Make sure to choose "I do not waive my right to access" so you can see activity on your account.
PARENTS: PLEASE DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT FOR YOUR STUDENT. PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A PARENT ACCOUNT. This is crucial. You could cause your student's account to error out, and to date we have not found a fix for this issue.
