Hello PORT OF LOS ANGELES HIGH SCHOOL students and alumni and welcome to Parchment. We're offering this service to make ordering your PORT OF LOS ANGELES HIGH SCHOOL transcrits easier for you. By creating a Parchment account, you will be able to electronically order and send your PORT OF LOS ANGELES HIGH SCHOOL transcripts, and track the progress of your ordered transcripts to ensure that it has been received.
To complete your account and order transcripts:
Currently enrolled POLAHS students in grades 9-12
Currently enrolled POLAHS students, before creating your Parchment account you need to retrieve the registration code that was sent to your POLAHS email on August 31th and again on October 25th. Your information (name, birthdate, and POLAHS email) has already been entered into POLAHS’s Parchment system. Please use the registration code that was sent to your POLAHS email so that your account will be linked.
To retrieve your registration code:
1. Open a new tab in your browser, and on this new tab open your POLAHS email
2. Once logged into your POLAHS email, search for an email from “Parchment” or from this sender (the email may be in your Spam folder, so be sure to check all of your email folders): registration_codes@parchment.com
3. Open the email to find your registration code
To finish creating your Parchment account:
4. Go back to the first tab where you began https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/22953003/account
5. Select: Select: New Learner Account
6. Click: I have a registration code
7. Enter the registration code that you retrieved from your POLAHS email in steps 1-3
8. Click: Sign Up
9. Select your desired privacy settings, create a username and password for your account, and confirm additional personal information
10. Select where you would like your transcript to be sent
POLAHS Alumni
You will not have a registration code as only information for currently enrolled POLAHS students was provided to POLAHS’s Parchment system. To create a Parchment account so that you may request transcripts, please complete the following steps:
1. Select: New Learner Account
2. Click: I do not have a registration code
3. Enter your personal information, and create a username and password for your account
4. Click: Sign Up
5. Look for a registration code to be sent to the email you provided from “Parchment” (check your inbox and Spam folder)
6. Enter registration code or confirm email through click the link
7. Select your desired privacy settings and enter additional personal information
