If you are a student logging in for the first time, you must use the registration code emailed to you so it matches you to your record. Select New Learner Account, then check the statement that says, "I have a registration code". Then all you will need to enter is that code and click sign up. Don't have your code? Email registrar@tcslions.org to request it. You can always find the link to Parchment on our website at tcslions.org and in Resources when you are signed in to Blackbaud.
