Welcome to Parchment Exchange. Chesapeake Public Schools and Indian River High School are offering electronic transcripts for Indian River Students in the Class of 2017 and after. All IRHS students from the Class of 2017 and after can create an account. When creating a Parchment account, make sure you link your account to Indian River High in Chesapeake, VA. Current students will need to sign a transcript release form and should be aware that they should NOT request transcripts until AFTER they have submitted their college applications online. If your college does not accept electronic transcripts, please see your counselor to process the request. Students may request a transcript for personal use at any time. Transcript requests will be released within 14 calendar days of the request.
As of August 1, 2019, members of the Class of 2019 will be considered Parchment Alumni and will have to pay a fee for all transcripts ordered through Parchment.
IRHS Alumni from the Class of 2016 and older can't register for electronic transcripts. IRHS Alumni from the Classes of 2014 - 2016 will need to obtain transcripts from the high school by contacting Mrs. Eze, our registrar, at 757-578-7009 or email@example.com. Alumni from the Class of 2013 and older can go to www.cpschools.com and to the "how do I tab" to request a transcript or call 757-494-8078.
