Welcome to Parchment Exchange. Chesapeake Public Schools is offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. Parchment allows you to order an official transcript and deliver it to the destination you choose - colleges, employers, military, or even to your own home. You will also receive an unofficial transcript for your own use, stored in your Parchment Account. Enjoy! ANY STUDENT WHO GRADUATED IN 2016 or before CANNOT use the Parchment system. If you graduated or left the Chesapeake Public School division more than 5 years ago, you may contact the Microfilm department at (757) 494-8078 for your transcript. If you have graduated from or left the Chesapeake Public School system within the last 5 years, you may contact the school you last attended to obtain a transcript. Do not request your transcript to be sent to a college until you have completed the application. The college will not recognize your transcript until your application is complete. Transcript requests will be on hold until the Transcript Request Authorization is completed returned to your counselor. If you are using the Common Application, enter Common App in the search box and click Select. Enter your Common Application ID and continue the order process. If your college does not accept electronic transcripts, please see your counselor to process your request. If you have any questions about Parchment, select the "Help" link above.
