Welcome to Parchment Exchange. Chesapeake Public Schools is offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. Parchment allows you to order an official transcript and deliver it to the destination you choose - colleges, employers, military, etc. You can also receive an unofficial transcript for your own use, stored in your Parchment Account. Do not order a transcript until you have submitted an application to the college. The college will not recognize your transcript until an application for admission is on file. Be sure to include your Common Application ID, if you are applying through Common App.
Graduates 2018 and 2017 ONLY
Paper transcripts are not available at the school. You will become Alumni on August 1, 2018 and 2017, respectively. You will request your transcript from Parchment as you did during your senior year. As an Alumnus, you will incur a $3.50 charge for an electronic copy to be sent to an email or college. There will be a $6.00 charge to receive a paper copy.
Graduates 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013
If you are a 2016, 2015, 2014, or 2013 graduate, please contact DCHS for your transcript. Parchment does not have your transcript.
