A message from Henrico High
Current Henrico High School (HHS) students, PLEASE READ ENTIRELY and PAY ATTENTION to the DETAILS!
Before registering for a Parchment account, you must first have your parent complete the online Parchment Permission form found in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. After the permission form is processed, then you will receive your special code from the HHS counseling department. All current HHS students may then create a Parchment account with their unique code to get access to their unofficial transcript or to get their official transcript sent through Parchment.
If you are applying to schools using the common application, please make sure you request your transcript to be sent to "The Common Application" INSTEAD of to the specific schools! Your transcript won't match up correctly if it is not sent to "The Common Application". If you are applying for a scholarship, enter the specific scholarship organization's information either email or mailing address (small fee for mailing through parchment) to request your transcript go directly to the agency. Remind your counselor by email that you are applying for a scholarship (share the name of the scholarship and deadline and that you requested a transcript in Parchment).
Seniors, Once you are ready to send your FINAL (I graduated) transcript, you must send it directly to your specific college/university/community college/employment agency/scholarship agency/etc. At that point, do not use "The Common Application" because final transcripts only need to go to your specific college or university.
