CLASS OF 2019, WELCOME TO PARCHMENT:
HERE'S HOW TO ORDER A TRANSCRIPT:
Parchment allows you to easily order and track the sending of transcripts. All Class of 2017 and forward students students are charged no fee for any transcripts requested during high school. Alumni (anyone prior to 2017) will incur a small fee of $3 per order to process a transcript.
LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION:
Only the counselor recommendation will be considered the official recommendation of record. If you wish for a letter of recommendation to be sent from another individual, he or she must send that letter separately. The student is responsible for ensuring that the letter is sent and received.
ALUMNI BEFORE CLASS OF 2017 TRANSCRIPTS:
Alumni must request a transcript by contacting the School Counseling Secretary, Mrs. Minor, at 804-966-9675. These orders cannot be fulfilled via Parchment.
