Each request received is date and time stamped. Requests are processed in the order in which they are received within 5 business days.
You must enter your correct Grad/Leave Year to have your request routed to the correct school or department for processing. Requests with incorrect information may be cancelled.
Please be sure to enter your legal name (as it appears on your birth certificate). Students who have had a name change since they attended Forsyth County Schools must enter their maiden/former name on their request for their records to be located. Requests with incorrect information may be cancelled.
A letter stating whether or not the student graduated is sent for Education/Graduation Verifications. Colleges do not need Education/Graduation Verification letters. Requests with incorrect information may be cancelled.
If you select Other Document as the type of document you are requesting, please email studentinformation@forsyth.K12.ga.us after you have submitted your Other Document request. Please state your legal name, date of birth, and the Other Document you are requesting in the email. If you do not email studentinformation@forsyth.K12.ga.us after you have submitted your Other Document request with information on what Other Document you are requesting, your request will be cancelled.
