Parchment is New River Community College's approved sender for electronic or paper mailed transcripts regardless of when or how long ago you attended.
To ensure timely and accurate processing of your transcript, please include the following in your request:
• Name at the time of attendance
• Last four digits of social
• Student ID (this is the 7 digit number you were assigned when you applied,
you can find this number in your MyNRCC - SIS account or by contacting NRCC Admissions
Office at 540-674-3603)
• Date of Birth
If you did not include all of the requirements listed above, your transcript request will be placed on hold until a support member can assist your order.
If you need to include an attachment with your transcript request, make sure the attachment is completed PRIOR to placing your request.
