Welcome to Parchment Exchange for Russell County High School.
We are happy to offer our current SENIORS and GRADUATES the option to send transcripts electronically through Parchment. This initiative was implemented solely with students in mind and will make the process of ordering transcripts much easier. To begin the process, you must register to complete your request. Please register with your full name used while attending Russell County High School. Only add Russell County in your home school option and then choose "send a transcript". ALL TRANSCRIPTS ORDERED FRIDAY AFTER 2:00 pm WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY. Walk-ins or phone requests will be accepted; however, an additional cost and processing time will be incurred. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER TRANSCRIPTS THROUGH PARCHMENT FOR WITHDRAWALS. ALL WITHDRAWALS MUST BE PROCESSED AT RCHS. Also, no transcripts will be released through parchment for current 9th-11th graders/withdrawn students. Please use INOW to obtain grades.
