The Cave Creek Unified School District has partnered with Parchment as our official transcript service. Parchment is a self-contained transcript service; it is secure and open 24/7. Transcripts will be sent directly to the admissions office or to the location of your choice. Transcripts being sent and received electronically is a standard requirement for educational institutions. After creating your account, you will be able to see the progress of your request and a confirmation when it has been received by the receiving entity.
There is a $5.00 per transcript fee for current students. Alumni will be assessed a $10.00 per transcript fee.
For third party verifications, you will upload your company documents with the information you are requesting along with the electronic signature page showing permission to release information from us to you for the individual. There is a $20.00 fee for verifications.
Current students become alumni August 1 of their graduation year. The first alumni transcript request is free.
