All graduating classes prior to 2008 should contact Lafayette High School at 859.381.3474 for information regarding the release of transcripts. All requests for "Graduation Verification" must be made via fax to 859.381.4950. During summer months, contact Lafayette's front office at 859.381.3474 to request a transcript.
