The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) has partnered with Parchment Exchange to provide official transcripts, enrollment verifications, and additional/replacement copies of diplomas and academic certificates.
Note: enrollment verifications confirm attendance dates and program of study only. To verify degree and/or certificate earned, please order an official transcript. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the NPS Registrar's Office at registrar@nps.edu.
• New User – Register with Parchment Exchange using a valid personal / non-government email address. (*DO NOT USE .mil, .gov, or nps.edu email address.)
-- SSN (Last 4 digits) field: If no SSN (international students) enter '0000' or leave blank.
• Recent Graduates – Final graduate documents (diploma and/or certificate) will be distributed electronically and by mail approximately 90 days after the month of graduation. Final transcripts can be requested through Parchment at that time.
