Enter the school that was attended that you need the transcript or other record type sent from above. Be sure to have the student consent form completed and ready for upload.

WE NOTIFY THE SCHOOL

We’ll send the request to the school so they can verify and process the order.

RECORDS ARE SENT

The school sends the records you requested through the Parchment system, to the destination you specified.

RECORDS ARE RECEIVED

The destination you specified receives the records you selected to send. Done and done.

WHAT TO EXPECT

1. SCHOOL SENDING TIMES

Average school sending times are within 2 business days from when Parchment notifies them. Please note: Sending times vary by school.

2. ELECTRONIC DELIVERY TIMES

Parchment will deliver the records as soon as they are processed by the sending school.

3. MAIL DELIVERY TIMES

Print and mail orders will be sent out the same day if they are processed by the sending school before 3PM PST. Mail times vary between USPS & FedEx.

4. EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

You will be notified via email every time your order status changes.
