Login to your Parchment account to view real-time status updates so you never have to worry about where your record is. You will also receive email notifications every time your order status changes.
ORDER STATUSES
ORDER RECEIVED
This status means the school you specified to send your records has received your order and will begin processing it.
SCHOOL PROCESSED
This status means the school you specified to send your records has processed the electronic request and sent them through the Parchment system to the destination.
RECEIVED
This status means the destination has received your order and now they just need to download the record(s).
DOWNLOADED
This status means the destination has downloaded your record(s) and you're good to go!
WHAT TO EXPECT
1. SCHOOL SENDING TIMES
Average school sending times are within 2 business days from when Parchment notifies them. Please note: Sending times vary by school.
2. ELECTRONIC DELIVERY TIMES
Parchment will deliver the records as soon as they are processed by the sending school.
3. MAIL DELIVERY TIMES
Print and mail orders will be sent out the same day if they are processed by the sending school before 3PM PST. Mail times vary between USPS & FedEx.
4. EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
You will be notified via email every time your order status changes.
